These terms match the locked commercial catalog in studio billing. They are not a substitute for a lawyer, but they are the product contract zPod operates.
Audio and Video are separate monthly subscriptions. There are no annual prices. Audio bandwidth is unmetered. Extra R2 is $0.15/GB-month. Stream stored overage is $8/1,000 minutes and delivered overage is $2.50/1,000 minutes. A metered spend cap and a hard stored-minute cap limit surprise overage.
Each organization has a metered spend cap (default $500, platform ceiling $5000). We warn near 80% and hard-stop further paid meters at 100% until the cap is raised. Included Stream stored minutes are a hard cap: new VOD copies pause at inclusion so Cloudflare stored blocks cannot silently accrue on zPod’s invoice.
Memberships and tips are direct charges on the creator’s connected Stripe account. The creator is merchant of record. zPod’s platform application fee is $0. Card processing fees and chargebacks land on the creator. Private RSS entitlements for paid memberships sync from Stripe webhooks only; zPod does not grant paid access as merchant of record. Payouts follow Stripe’s defaults for the connected account.
Priority / Slack-style support is a Network-tier gate (Audio Network or Video Network). Starter and Studio receive ordinary email support. This is not a full helpdesk product.
