A clean first-party DMCA takedown (valid notice, we remove or disable the identified object, we notify the uploader) has no fee ($0).
Heavy legal or operations cases — court orders, protracted copyright disputes, fraud investigations — may incur a $100 admin recovery fee. It is rare. Platform staff assess it from /admin against the organization; it is not an automated meter.
Because charges are direct, dispute liability sits on the creator’s connected account. zPod does not absorb listener chargebacks.
Workers Analytics Engine writes are baked into the SaaS price. We do not pass AE list prices through as a customer line item.
